This was just too classic to not post.  Not sure which is worse the ride or the laughter in the background.....

The only thing he had to do, was release the canopy.. 
There are two quick release buckles on your shoulders, we used to call them "one shot"  poor guy.. :-[

I knew a guy, Sgt Carlson, he weighed 120 lbs, if that. When he was in the 82nd ABN he said he never had a hard landing, always landed on he feet & then did a PLF. Once he caught a thermal, floated off base & landed in the Fayetteville Walmart parking lot.

Having flown Over 3,600 hours in paragliders (mostly thermals) I can relate!  In fact it brought back some great memories  :)
