Take it up the chain, including HR... then hide the bike in a storage unit somewhere and drive a rental car (with full insurance coverage) for the next month or so.  Or hide the bike and drive your crappiest car.  Maybe a $500 beater off craigslist.  Or take the bus for 1-2 months, if public transit is an option in your area.

Sorry, wish I had a better (less expensive) answer.  I would seriously follow the recommendations to take this up the food chain, including HR.  Unfortunately, some people are scum, and you *will* have to take precautions against retribution.

If you can afford some kind of home video surveillance system to keep an eye on your bike/car/etc, I'd highly recommend that.  If you can show the LEOs video of whodunnit, with all the corporate documentation of the crap that went down at work, you'd be able to nail them in court.
