Huh.  I could see that in limited use by some of the more fashionable urbanites in Portland's "Pearl District".  But it seems that everywhere else in Oregon the old-fashioned helmet and accompanying helmet hair are considered badges of honor.

Hov-dork.  That thing would be far more irritating to ride with than a helmet....  Not to mention the stupid questions one would be answering.

if you want to prevent cars from hitting bikes, then make it a capital offense for someone to run over a biker for any reason.

accident, intentional, doesn't matter.  run over a biker and you get your head chopped off.  bike accidents will decrease.  lol
