Unbelievable...

$850 a month for a mezzanine above the living room that is 3' tall.

That makes me feel slightly better about the cost of living in NJ

Especially with NYC, think of the population density vs available space.

NYC has over 2000 people per sq km, which means limited space for housing and competition.

But then again, Mumbai has over 30,000 people per sq km.
