Not me yet, but when you know all the doctors and nurses around town and you don't work in the medical field, you might be getting old.

old doesn't necisarily mean decrepit.

And decrepit isn't necessarily old... I went through cancer at the ripe old age of 29.  I know *way* too many medical professionals now.  :P
