Listening to NPR   ;D

Yes very true. but you know what, the strange thing is, I like listening to NPR. It seems just right most of the time. I never have the desire to listen to Metallica or Iron Maiden anymore. No desire at all to rock like Lemmy, Even the B-Boys are fading away. And I'm fine with that. Weird huh?

Hearing songs that you listened to in high school now being played on the Oldies station.

Yeah... that one took me by surprise a couple months ago.  Can't remember the song, but I distinctly remember double-checking which station I was on.  Yep, it was the "classic rock" station.

No, no. Not classic rock stations. I'm talking 'oldies' stations. Oldies such as the Boxtops, the Platters, Jan and Dean (ok they would also play Van Morrison, CCR, Steve Miller) but now they've now added the likes of Van Halen and Bon Jovi?

Wow, that would be an... interesting transition, to go from The Platters to Van Halen.

WTF is all this hair in my ears???? And unruly nose hairs abound.

Meanwhile, the hair on top of my head slowly continues to vanish.  :P

This is because male do not loose hair when they get older.  It simply migrates to different parts of your body :P

I think that was an almost universal line. Not sure who sno_duc was thinking of.

...and I watched 'Get Smart'
I believe Laurel and Hardy were the first to use it. (then again L & H were first to do a lot comedy "standards")
I was thinking of Alan Hale swatting Bob Denver with his hat while mouthing those lines.
A conclusion is the place you got tired of thinking
