Interesting format. I feel like a brand new S1000RR, bone stock, would be very competitive in that setup.

Don't believe the Y2K is very 'streetable,' sounds like they have the tests set up so that bikes like that won't do very well.

Go with the factory hot-rod version: the HP4

What kills me is the MSRP for that bike is only $20k.  Yeah, that's a lot of scratch for a 2-wheeled toy and I can't afford it, but... that is an utterly obscene amount of performance for that amount of money.
