So I see the four tire changes.  What else is going on here?  What are the two guys in the middle doing?  Just wondering.

Are they the ones operating the pneumatic jacks?

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

That is super-cool.

I love the time/task/manpower chart.  There was some serious logistical thought put into that.

4 new tires in under 3 seconds.  Absolutely amazing.

I have a feeling it's the dude topping up the nitrogen supply for the pneumatic valves. They lose some over the race distance and they top it up to make sure it's ok.

One of my customers is a leading race team ( http://www.turnermotorsport.com/racing-home.aspx )

They practice and review pit stops via video all the time. Tenths of a second can be the difference between winning and losing. It's pretty cool walking into that shop when the team is home. I really love my work.

Thanks, spolic.  That Mclaren video is just amazing.

Meh, 4 tires with 10 dudes single lug nut and no fuel. How about 5 dudes and 20 lug nuts off and on, plus fuel.

What are the two guys in the middle doing?

If nothing needs to be adjusted? They're just stabilizing the car.

If the rear suspension needs to be tweaked? They're doing that.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.
