Heck of a guy. Heck of a lucky guy, I guess, if you can call it that.

Hard story to listen to.

did he tell the story about his dog that was shot?
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

No.  I looked that up last night.  I thought I remembered something about it.  The service dog he has now also triggered that memory.  They said the dog never leaves his side.

Those labs make great comfort dogs. I have a Comfort dog and I'm not even traumatized.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I read Lone Survivor when it came out years ago. I was a little disappointed in the movie. I know that it should the brotherhood well, but it didn't follow the true account of Red Wings very well.

I think his second book, Service - A Navy SEAL at War, is a great read. I recommend it.
