where to buy throttle cable? (the push-pull kind for carbby monster)

I bought a throttle assembly from eBay and found out that the darn cable is broken inside the housing.

anywhere I can get new replacement?  I'm done with ebay stuff.

I also broke my throttle cable when removing them from my CARBS. Your best bet would be the dealership or a new one on eBay. There are different lengths of cable depending on the year of your bike so make sure you double check it will fit. I've tried looking for aftermarket ones but I couldn't

Call some local bike shops.  Some will make them for you.  That is what I did when mine frayed and snapped.
