It's all relative for sure. People just adapt no matter where they are. They may not like it but they deal with it. I'd rather battle the heat than winter cold, some are the opposite.

It's a pregnant dog here in the summer when it's still deep in the 90s when you are watching the 10:00 o'clock evening news. And the morning low is mid 80s. You know it will be 95-100 degrees by 10:00 in the morning. I always pity the folks with black painted cars in the summer. Got to be 140+ inside if they sit in the sun. And I think about all the roofers and other outdoor workers in that heat.

Six of one, half dozen of another. No wonder everyone wants to live in a temperate climate. Wonder what it's like to live where the high temp is 75-80 year round. And it rains a nice amount throughout the year. I get tired of watering my house foundation with soaker hoses half the year and watching the lakes dry up.

Look what we did! We went from no posts, morphed to a fart thread and then to a Weather Channel thread! You're right, it's winter, can't ride and we're bored. Next we'll move on to Super Bowl winner picks...

Is there an Official Wacky News or Current Events thread?  I often have some story/article I want to post but don't think it's worth starting a whole thread; and if there is no picture or video, I can't slide it in the Official Post a Pic / Video threads.  If not, I may start one.

I mean, it's a slow winter on here, so "no moto" content is better than no moto content.
