Just so peeps know...

the open house part of DIMBY won't happen this year. I'm just not close enough.

I hope to have it ready enough to have a bathroom...or at least toilet facilities.

Otherwise I'll have to get a chemie...the septic for the old house is acting up.

Maybe next year we'll have coffee and hot sauces imported !!! Ung, you must come next year, you must buy vodka ;D
