Hey guys, I hate to solicite here, but I'm in a bind. I own a home in Glendale that the previous tenants royaly screwed before I had to have them evicted.
The house has now been completely gone through, new paint and carpet throughout. If anyone is in the market, it's a great house near 67th Ave and Peoria Ave.

Yup. Been renting it since I moved in 2008. Can't sell it because the market tanked and I'm still upside down. The rent I'm asking just barely covers my mortgage.
It's an amazing deal considering the size, location and updates.
