Well that didn't take long. Less than a week from my crash and I picked up a new-to-me track bike. 2007 CBR600RR ready to go to the track right now, which is a nice feeling. Track plastics in good shape, Bazzaz fuel controller, Two Brothers slip on, new Galfer pads, new Galfer SS brake lines, Vortex clip ons and levers. Really everything I needed out of a track bike. Now hopefully this thing lets me keep it for years, instead of weeks.

I've taken all the decals off of it already. Paint job is a super-amateur rattle can job, which I'll redo at some point:

It will last a long time if you don't crash it. :P

How did you take out the last one so quickly?
Comes a time

Says don't you see
Gotta' make it somehow

600s are fun
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

Yeah, probably wasn't the smartest idea I've had this year...  [shot]

I'm really tempted to pick up a 600 too for TD's... my only issue is that I dont think I'll be able to make it to too many this year and I've barely been able to get out on a bike at all.

That being said, I laid my bike down at the last TD I was at and seeing the repair bill for that made me realize that getting a cheap jpn bike for the track is something that I will def do if I get time to start going more on the reg.

Yep, that was one of my motivations for not buying a very tempting Daytona 675, replacement parts would've been more expensive than the Japanese brands. It's a super nice feeling to know that I don't have to prep my street bike, that I can just load up the CBR and head to the track and beat the hell out of it.

Looks great! So that hitch can carry that weight? Nice, I might get one for my truck and avoid the embarrassment of loading it into the bed lol! Nice paint job by the way!! I have a 2006 GSXR 600 all white and looking to put some colour onto it :)
796 Red Monster(sans ABS)
Viz-Tec Supabrake II

PC V, NEXTUP QS.
2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 track bike(I know...not a Duc...some day)
