Just found this and thought i'd share: http://www.boltscience.com/pages/convert.htm

It's a torque conversion calculator that you can use on the web or download to your desktop  [thumbsup]

QuoteTorque is a measure of how much twisting is applied to a fastener. The units used to measure torque are in the form of force times length.


The metric (SI) unit of torque is the newton metre (Nm). In inch units, torque is usually measured as Lb-Ft (pounds feet) or Lb-In (pounds inch). The Torque Converter Calculator will allow you to convert Nm to Lb-Ft or Lb-In or vice-versa. The calculator uses the conversion 1 Lb-Ft = 1.35582 Nm.

 [popcorn] cool!, I havn't tried it yet but i book marked it.  I've eyeballed the conversion on the tourque wrench several times so this will be handy and accurate. thanks
