Where to find someone to flash ECU?

I'd like to get my imobilizer deactivated so I can swap out the stock gaugues for a pair of matching gauges off a Paul Smart. They look the same but with a white face and the cable should be plug and play. Both Duc shops by me say they dont have the gear to flash the ECU. Any advice on how to proceed?

MotoWheels will also but I think it's more expensive.
