Umm... what?

The googles does not return any results regarding this... just information regarding which states have repealed helmet laws, and which direction California is trending regarding loud pipes.

Wouldn't the fact that this is a track only bike exempt it from any rules about road bikes?
I think people are forgetting this is NOT a road bike.

This discussion needs to be about bikes, not politics, and I only brought it up in the context of talking about bikes. BTW, don't believe everything you read...

There was a real bill for this at one time, similar to this, but information on it is sketchy since it never made it out of committee.

As for the looks of the bike, well, I've seen worse.

Some of the other articles put out by the guy who said they will limit bikes to 75hp.

Motorcycle Chrome to be Banned by January 1, 2010!
DOT to Make Wheelies Legal by 2009!
Kids' Motorcycles & ATVs Banned!

I was walking around the house, and I saw it again on the front page of Cycle World.
It's got to be one of the ugliest bikes produced in the last 10 years  [puke]
