I read somewhere along the way that they would have been cut lose sooner but given the travel prerequisites of the upcoming rounds (Japan and Thailand) they would not have been able to replace them in time. That would have left the team too short handed to compete. It was expected that the soonest they could be released was after Thailand.

I read that the suspension was delayed for that reason. Which I thought was lame, not that the team decided on that. If you watch the video it looks like there was more than just those 2 involved.

The entire team should have suffered for the transgression.

That's just me. I have little patience for that kind of BS.

From what I can gather, the kid's bike had an issue and when he complained the tech king hit him knocking him to the ground then gave him a kicking!
