Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

Wow...massive crash by Salom to end qualifying prematurely. Glad he's OK.

Lots of guys left out though due to the shortened session. Davies had a 1:30.0 time erased because the red flag came out before he crossed the line. A couple guys (Sykes) hardly rode at all as they were waiting until the end.

Triple J

WOW!!! Two superb races!!!  [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

Not sure what was up with Bayliss in the second, but he looked pretty good considering he hadn't raced since 2008. I couldn't believe it's been that long.

252,000 km/seventeen years - loving it

Would it be too greedy or unrealistic to hope that the coming races will be just as good? I haven't been on the edge of my chair watching a race in a long time. Literally.
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Both races were amazing.

Watch out for the Brits this year.

Podium was full of them on both races, eh.  I bet the boys went out for a few pints after everything was done.   [drink]  [beer]

Amazing what can happen when you give the kids a bike.

Johnny and Leon were both on a slug for a couple of years. Granted the Dutch kid went well,  but crashed while pushing.

Leon has been plagued with injuries while pushing on lesser equipment.

It will be interesting to see what Sykes can pull out of his ass now that the other guys have good bikes.

It's gonna be a great season
