When ordering Ti bolts I go to http://protiglobal.com first. Then, if they do not stock what I need, I go to http://store.mettec.com.

Of course, for special parts there is https://tpoparts.com/cat093/index.php?route=common/home

Podium Racing TI Bolts are much less expensive than these other sites. Is this a case of too good to be true? They state they are Grade 5 Titanium. Why pay more elsewhere?

I have quite a few black Ti bolts and bits from Podium, excellent quality, great customer service and the weight savings is a bonus.
