I'd love to discuss the reasons why US and Canadian eggs can't be left at room temp...

It's simple. If you leave them out, a fox will sneak in your kitchen and eat em. Then he'll get into the Ben&Jerrys, get all jacked up on sugar and make a mess out of the kitchen.

The stores here in Panama don't refrigerate their eggs and I don't at home.
