You don't have rearview mirrors?   ;D

Well, I just don't know how compatible they would be with the Siemens ECU...

I think Kopf follows the Italian philosophy of "What isa behind you doesa notta matter."  [laugh]

The Siemens ECU and/or the ABS unit may depend upon the cluster for some processing functions, best to get a realistic assessment of that before going too far.

As an example, the Magneti-Marelli (and other maker similar units) clusters for the 2nd and 3rd generation Monsters provided the turn signal blinker function.

The MotoGadget stuff is quite capable and adaptable, and may be able to piggyback off of your existing trigger-wheel/sensor to provide road speed.
Worth consulting with them on that.

The guy on the other forum, who went over the wiring schematic of the 796, noted that I would have to go aftermarket to get the turn signals to work... so we're all sort of coming to the same conclusions.  I was reading the adaptability on the MG gauges, chances are it could be made to work, I'm just not sure how much functionality I would lose... primarily the ABS.
