I was doing a project with the freshmen yesterday that involved a router table & other power tools, so I figured my regular dangly kind was a poor choice.

Nope. It's just something I do, and by now the kids kind of expect it - there's a informal competition to see who can spot one I've never worn before. Anything I can do to get them looking at me instead of their phones!
