Im a techy from Norway - Also a viking ofc , because Norway.. Ride in every weather as long as it is hotter then 4 degrees (or 39 Fahrenheit for you outside the metric system).
I don't ride on track yet.. Waiting for my GF to get her license at the end of the month before we start taking track-courses together.
