Termignoni slip-on exhaust compatibility?

My bike is S4R testastretta..07..(998cc)
I'd like to change exhaust silencer with Termignoni...but not with full system due to vehicle emission test..
But I can't purchase new one..
In ebay, there are some used termignoni silencers for S4R Desmoquattro(996cc)..

Is it compatible with my monster..?
Any difference between S4R testastretta and desmoquattro exhaust pipe dimensions?

Yes (pretty/99-100% sure)

Does it have to be Termignoni? Some less expensive, Nice and homologated alternatives to be found.

Sponsors have Marving, Arrow, Zard and Spark - check them out and maybe ask for any homologation issues/documentation and dimension/fitment to verify if I'm right about that.

Personally I like Mivv (pj's parts or Mivv website)
