As someone who has hunted unsuccessfully for the true original Ducati gold color in powdercoat, could you be so kind as to post some sort of link to this person, the color used, or anything else helpful?  I'm sure I'm not the only one here...

I dont exacly know the name of the color..... but the guy told me he did some ducati wheels a couple weeks ago and he showed me an example.  I never realize that the gold is more "brown" then "yellow".

I guess I'll have to wait a week or two to see the results

Must be great to be getting close to completion.

The original colours will look great.

Tanks     I bougth the bike about 6 years ago  saying to myself that I would overhaul it (check my first post on DMF )... it took 6 years to learn mecanics on my hown....  although the last 3 years my husband gave me alot of  knowledge and confidence.

I'm looking the rigth part number for the rear wheel berings
(1995 monster 900cc)
The dealer orderd part #751631747 but when i got them they where only 12mm thick....    now I'm looking for  the whrigt part number 40mm wide... 17mm internal... and 16mm thick ....

Does someone has a clue ?

The dealer is not the best at tring to figure out what it is ...

Contact or take in the bearing to a bearing business and see if they can match. Or maybe a sportbike shop (e.g. Honda, BMW, etc.).

The promblem is solved.. I-ve orderd the part ......from england ...  I use the SKF parf number on the bering itself... I tried to call the "bering store" near me and he said that these bering where "copyrighted " he could sold them only the ducati dealer can...   .... 50$  (not counting the custum fees) for a bering that is worth about 5$ ...... tanks ducati !

The frame came back from powder coating today ..

Whit a bit of conpond and wax the fuel tank look  realy net again  



The new stering bering races hare in and the frame is on the bike..... let the fun begin
