Can't wait to see your bike back together.

The S4Rs is the dream bike for me and the only other bike I want to go along with my old 01 900.

Once i dismantle everything
I did the 24k servicing, belt, valve clearance, coated the pulley and adjusted the timing as i had to remove the pulley, change some o-rings and hardware and of course a bit of cleaning

Hy Teedee....

How about transparent covers....did you put some kind of gasket, rubber anything under it???
Also ,how about some kind of "rubber washers" under the bolts???

I am asking you that so that vibrations are reduced and not to cause cracks or something else on covers!!???

Unfortunately my bike is parked in garage last 2 years because of absence!! However, till now I install only lower cylinder cover and after few rides I found small crack on the part where is bolt!!!

teedee brown

Actually mine cracked already just when i tighten with a torque wrench at 10nm
So too late already but will consider the rubber washer
Anyway still some work to do
I just received my exhaust from ceramic coating and fitted yesterday
