Yeah, I hogged down brisket too. That was killer. I don't have a smoker but I'll take the recipe anyway.

The guys in the shop have been talking about a smoker.

Hell, I should probably also have the steak tips recipe.

If it's gonna be a meatpocalypse there's no reason to do any of it by halves ;D
