2007. I've done all kinds of combinations of google image searches. The closest I can find to that style is the CF one that Monsterparts sells.

Perhaps it's the CF one with some paint? Looks like some CF at the edges...

I think Herm is right.  It is not on the web sight  ( https://monsterparts.com/collections/windscreens-1 )  any longer though.  Anyway, give Jeff a call.
