Does anyone know where to find the adhesive strips that are made to go along the top of the helmet shield to block out the sun?  I saw them one time online for icon helmets, but I am looking for some for an arai.  If anyone knows, it would be appreciated.

Nope, I have one...  Arai helmets have brow vents, the Arai version has notches in the visor strip to go around and not block the vents.

Other than getting used to the tint/no-tint line, I like it.  :)

Just go to any auto supply store and get the self-adhesive window tint film. You can cut several strips for your helmet and sell the rest to your friends. Just put some soapy water (or spit) on the back and slap it on.

Aerostitch sells the Arai version here.

Both B and I have one and it works great.  It is a little tricky to get on, you need really soapy water.  It was also a tad wide, so we trimmed the bottom edge to desired width.

your local cycle gear should carry them (assuming a cycle gear is in your area).  I have a tint strip but instead of the whole tint coming in contact to the shield, there is a thin strip of adhesive on the top of the tint. aligning it  to match your shield is the tricky part.  I used a dry erase to trace the line on the shield and put on the strip using the dry erase lines as a guide.
