Vanson jacket fit

Not sure if anyone can help me. 

There is an individual that posted a Size 42 (US) Vanson jacket for sale.  I love the look of it, but not sure if it will fit.

I wear a size 52 Euro Dainese two piece suit on a daily basis.  It's snug, but not uncomfortable.  Think the size 42 Vanson will fit? 

I wear a size 34 waist in Levi's jeans.

My 10 year old Vanson fits less snug around hte chest comapred to a brand new Dainese jacket....could be it's stretched out, could be they cut looser.
