Hey gang...

Out of nowhere my 2014 Monster 1200S is jerky as lower causing speeds (35 - 60 MPH) when keeping a constant throttle position.

I've read that the throttle sender on the Monsters are prone to going bad.  I'm just wondering if there is any way to self test as a replacement is $300.

Thanks!

Your owners manual may have a list of error codes that may be accessed via scrolling the switch buttons (if you're lucky) or via dealers computer interface. I don't know your model.

Don't rule out bad fuel, etc.
