Not for a while.  I'd sometimes wake up in a cold sweat, and finally figured out that I'd had a dream where I had a smoke.  It would tweak me for the whole day.

They wont.  Just put your desire to smoke with all the other things you can't do, like ride your motorcycle through town on route 3 at 140 MPH.
