Teknic Armorshield?

Hey all i picked up this jacket

from newenough.com and it has Teknic Armorshield armor i was wondering if anyone has any experience with this armor and how it compares to CE Approved Armor?  Thanks in advance!!

I think it's the same as the CE foam just double the thickness, but don't quote me.
