HUH!!!?
Baby has got back....tall lean and mean!!! [thumbsup]
If the Heaven's opened up and I was blessed with one of those Panagales....minor surgery would be performed on that license plate holder!!!

Absolutely the first thing to go!
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Picked up a spare part for the 848. Minor. Saw Robert's bike on consignment.

Spent too much time in various gridlocked parts of Honolulu traffic this morning on the way to the shop due to the Kam Day Parade.  [bang] [bang]

Measured and catalogued new replacement shims for the 7mm kit. All back up to speed there.  [thumbsup]

Took apart two instrument clusters for speed head repairs. Won't do one and will have the owner send it to the mainland for repair but got the other one working.

Took the Boxer Cup down for a safety check and then scrubbed off more of the new Q2's going over Tantalus. Saw a whole passel of sportbikes parked off on the side on my way up. It's a very smooth machine but not as nimble as the 848.

Cut the 620 frame apart for disposal.

I managed to get off early today since our command had a family day picnic function...needless to say, I skipped on the picnic and spent "my" family day diving w/ my lovely wife. :-)

Happy Fathers day to the dads out there (whether you have children or house pets).

Washed the car. Did some yard cleanup. Watched the races. Finally got enough updates & a security package to run on the computer.  I have to limp this XP Pro along until Apple comes out with the non-glare iMac ( unless it comes out in Feb. instead of this month or next month ). Watching the US Open and off to dinner later with Gloria.  [wine]

I had a chance to sit on Jessica Simpson once but I opted out thinking without the full ride experience it would just lead to frustration.

Played golf & rested today [roll]

I was tired from all the standing.... from yesterday watching Mac fix the M900's carb's, & rebuild the fuel pump.
Really nice to have the Monster back on the road!!!

Thanks again, Rick [clap] [clap] [clap] [Dolph]

You're very welcome and thanks again to you too.  I take it that the bike is all happy again. No problem with fuel flow through the new shut off valve?

The Monster seems to be very happy with all the work that was done.
The throttle response seems to be a little more crisp....as I left a stoplight the bike lifted today a little easier & higher than I remember....especially since I wasn't trying!!!
Gave me a good smile... [thumbsup] [Dolph]

Rick...I ll be down to see you next weekend  [wine]

Stripped off both heads and cylinders/pistons along with both outer side cases from the 620. Got to show Majdi how valves work in a head and what connecting rods and bolts look like.  [thumbsup]
