Weekly Sunday morning Jamba Juice ride

If we have a bit o' tradewind I should be good...it seems to be a wait & see kind of a deal...

I now know what the Florida guys mean when they say it's too hot to ride in the summer.  I saw three of our local "hotshoes" out last weekend dodging rain in the full humidity wearing full leather suits.  Crazy baby.

Quick run to the N shore & back this morning...3 lanes closed between the P.C. and Waipahu exits, but traffic was light so no problem...nice and cool, relatively speaking, with a hint of tradewinds...

Autox for me this coming Sunday, then again on the 13th & 27th of Sep...

Interestingly enough, MotoGP has races on the 13th & 27th also.  WSBK is back in action on the 20th.

Hoping for sunny skies, trades, and a temp no higher than 85 on Sunday...would also like to see the C&C and local residents clean up all of our fav roads so we can have a real nice ride for a change...

Good ride today.  Avoided the blue & whites. Ran the whole day on Dynamic Pro, no electronic nannnies. Broke the rear wheel loose on acceleration out of the 180* at the bottom of the state park. Whoo Yaa! Gene riding stronger than ever. Couple of old guys have no reason/right to be doing what we are doing.

Then you may know that the rear wiggle was a bit of acceleration and a bit of lean and a bit of bad surface.      ( If you even saw it ) ----   Are the cops onto you guys?

Maybe they're after the guys that hang out on the uphill turny side. Tantalus Drive side.  The ones that hang out there for hours and post up on Facebook. They couldn't possibly be after me & Gene.

Early ride this morning.  Had fun and thanks to MD's knowledge and experience with local weather conditions we stayed dry...I did get soaked on the way home though upon exiting the H3 tunnel on the leeward side.

Dang! Of course the weather got better as the day progressed. Seems to be always the case.
