A friend of ours recently moved into our part of Arizona's mountains from the lowlands around Baton Rouge. Whenever he goes back, he and his dad go duck hunting, and we're the occasional beneficiary. Today's lunch - wild duck, cheese & jalapeno wrapped in bacon. And a reminder to chew carefully when eating wild game.  [thumbsup]
