Sharks are bad ass. They are the raptors of the sea. [thumbsup]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

Awesome footage of the Great White getting caught on the shark cage last night. Hard to see how big those things really are on film.

Never heard about that actual footage piece for Jaws that they got for the movie. Interesting!

Posted up pics from the shark cage we did in Hawaii in TOB. We had a couple dozen sharks circling plus, 3 big Tigers.  Awesome!!

Just get eaten by one. There was a shark attack victim that was interviewed Monday night who said it was almost a peaceful experience. That was the time when the shark had her in it's mouth and dragging her down into the ocean. She saw the pretty, red bubbles floating up into the light.

I've had some peaceful experiences but that wouldn't be one of them! [laugh] I'd have both of my thumbs jammed into it's eyeballs on the way down. ;)

Sharks really are majestic creatures, especially at the 20 second mark.

Me too.  I looked into this when I was in SoCal.  Apparently, there's a place in Baja where you can do it.  $$$ though.

Definitely worth it!!

The tiger sharks were enough for me.  I'd have a heart attack seeing a great white swimming towards the cage!!

Jaws The Indianapolis Speech

my son was was about 22 and working a register at Barnes and Noble in Queens

old codger came up to his register to buy a book, had a baseball cap on...it was for the Indianapolis

My son knew the story and asked the fellow if he was actually on the Indy and was one of the survivors

guy was quite surprised that a kid would know of it and said "yes" in  a near whisper .... my son closed his register

and talked with the guy for about a half hour...end of the conversation he looked at my son

and thanked him for listening,

son said he was the one that should be saying thank you to the codger

guy shook his head no and said just by my son knowing what happened to his ship

knowing what they went through, knowing that his story would be remembered...

was thanks enough
