BTW...my townhouse down here is on Jameson Lane.  Not saying there is any correlation...but I do tend to have it available on the regular.  [shot]

I like making Godfathers which is (choose your whiskey) and just a small pour of amaretto and some bitters. Delicious.

I just pour some in a short glass and then drink it! Sometimes I get one ice cube and run it under the facet to melt half away and then put it in the glass. I mostly use the 4 ounce beer tasting glasses.

At the Dublin airport they have whiskey tasting stations set up like Costco.
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project. 

So I went solo.  -Me
