Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.

I agree. If the weather God's approve I'll even show up on the ever elusive 916SPS. It currently resides in my garage covered in Mother's carnauba wax waiting for the detail wipe down. It's still not the happiest Superbike in North Texas but at least it idles and doesn't stall all the time. She still won't run happy at steady RPM but what do you expect from a full race motor? At least the burping and stuttering at constant street speed setting is somewhat better. Not gone by any means but it will survive in school zones and intersections. You just have to learn to let her idle with the clutch pulled in during some street runs. She's a hand full and always will be. If there has ever been a scooter that wants to run wide open all the time while you row through the gearbox then I guess that's what I own. Docile? no... wild ass crazy? yes. She's a handfull and then some. But she is the most awesome 916SPS I have ever seen... with all due respect to ***'s scooter!  [thumbsup] How cool is it that we have two old school Superbikes bikes to drool over in such a small area?? Anyone out there with a 888SPO that we don't know about? That would complete my collection for sure. [clap] [bacon]

Wait.  You're going to ride a Ducati  to one of these deals?   [evil]  [cheeky]

Seriously, Brian, I hope the weather does hold out till Sunday - I can't wait to see that bike!  Glad it's running better.

She's a piece of work for sure. Like bike, like owner I suppose. :P Regardless how she runs she looks 10 out of 10, which should righteously piss off that "vixen" person for sure! [thumbsup] And yes, I never ever plan to ride it anywhere if that makes your ass happy, whoever the hell you are! After all, we are the biggest wankers I am sure your LA ass has ever seen. Wow, did I just start some shit unknowingly? Oh well, who cares what they think. See ya'll Sunday at Motopia for the race watch, scooter or 4 wheeler... who cares. [thumbsup] [moto] Look forward to seeing you all!!!
