I got dibs on Maria's pink Vespa scooter at the next track day! [laugh]

Brian, I will gladly swap the Scooter for any vehicle of yours!  Wonderful to see everyone - and thanks for the kind thoughts.  PS - My Dainese T-shirt surgically cut off by the trauma team at Parkland Hospital is still available to the hightest bidder.

Hugs,

M

Special discount for DMFers?  You know how discounts entice our purchase decisions.  [laugh]
I think it should be framed and hung right next to the photo in our new clubhouse once we pull an Ocean's 11 style heist to get the current artwork from that one place.

Do NOT use the amount of salt that the recipe calls for.  It is WAY too much salt!
The recipe calls for 1 tablespoon salt in the sauce.  Way too much; I only used 1 teaspoon.
It also calls for 1 teaspoon salt in the ricotta cheese mixture. I only used a few sprinkles.  Maybe 1/4 â€"1/2 teaspoon at the most.
Other than the salt, I always follow the recipe exactly, except I use fresh basil instead of dried, and lots of it.
Also, use a bigger pan than the 9x13 if you have one; mine was overflowing.

Have you actually built and consumed that lasagna recipe?  Because I wouldn't mind finding a good lasagna recipe, if you know what I mean. [thumbsup]
