This guy from "Brainiac" has 4-5 Dainese leather jackets and wears them on the show.

IMO, the only time i keep my jacket on is if I have my helmet in my hand. If I can set my helmet down, I can set my jacket down. I hate carrying it around in my hands so ill just wear it as long as i dont have a safe place to set it down.

does vanson make non moto jackets?

Depends on who you ask.  Some would say all their new jackets are non-moto  ;D

+1. I too hate carrying my helmet and jacket in my hands.  I am often jealous of Goldwing owners with their cavernous storage cases and all.  The cord  to secure your helmet is a bit of a pain.

I'm not sure if Grant Imahara from Mythbusters rides, but he seems fond of Vanson gear.  I'm guessing he doesn't ride though.

Not sure if he rides but he does have a few pretty sweet cages.  In a few eps you can see his Nissan 300ZX and Mazda RX-7.  I'm sure he's a fan of speed and wouldn't doubt it if he likes 2 wheels.
May your head gasket develop premature failure, your carb get gummed up, and your side stand fall short.

The Dainese jackets are better looking in person, You can't see the quality of the leather and detail in a picture.

I was torn between this jacket http://www.dainese.com/eng/articolo.asp?cat=1,2,3,7&nome=LUCKY&articolo=1533570 in the cream and black color, (the leather is slightly vintage looking and is much cheaper than the vintage model) and the newsan jacket that I eventually bought. Definately good looking and safe enough to wear for a ride, than wear out in style.
At the web site click on zoom and than drop down and select to view the  different color choices.

I wear my delmar jacket everytime i ride my bike but also i like to walk around with it and my consern is people be lookin at me all the time and ask if i ride motorcycle???so i figured maybe my delmar jacket is so aggressive lookin for em.So i went to d-store to look for another jacket which is not so aggressive lookin and i can wear it all the time even wearin around somewhere so i found this vintage jacket same size as my delmar but the problem is the sleeves are  2" long compair to my delmar its uncomfy.

Heres my question...Should i return it and get  the lucky jacket or keep it and use it.??

any comment ???

I'd buy/keep the jacket that you like the look of, that fits you the best on the bike. Not the one you think other people won't be bothered by.

I personaly think the lucky jacket in the cream, black combo looks bad-ass, and classic, and will be my next jacket.
The D-store has an excellent return policy,I say return it if your not happy.

I tried on the lucky jacket in size 56, (what I wear in the newsan jacket.) The lucky fit larger also, but actually it's  because the newsan, like the delmar, is a tighter, sportier fitting jacket than the vintage. Try a smaller size.

After removing the liner from the lucky jacket,(The salesman and I decided this was probably how I would be wearing the jacket, in the  hot Cali. summers) I fit nicely into a size 54.

I picked up a 3' bicycle cable lock. It coils up to fit in my jacket pocket and is long enough to go up the sleeve of the jacket to lock it and my helmet to the grab bar on the bike.

I know a few ladies who drool when they see someone wearing motorcycle gear. Kinda like a fireman or any dude in uniform effect. But I can't really tell if they're looking at me because of my gear or because I jump back onto my scooter. Bottom line, I have no pride so who cares!
