It's got to go...

Jen and I had a heart to heart talk tonight and considering all my physical problems (knee replacement maybe times two, major shoulder surgical rebuild, and general neck vertebrae and upper back pain) I should give up bike riding. I know I've been up on two wheels for over 45+ years and never thought I would quit. But I think now is the time to retire and with me in the job hunt mode the timing seems right. So, I will give all my local DMF friends a shot at my bike collection for pennies on the dollar. I'll let the bidding begin here otherwise I will be forced to go to ebay motors.

I don't care what they go for I just want them gone. Jen hates bikes so this will make her very happy. It's time to clean house. Nice knowing y'all but my riding days are done. It just hurts too much to ride for long distances and I have other hobbies to pursue. I have longed to start a business of making classical violins and cellos for selected customers. Classical music is my love and the wind instruments have always been my passion. So, make an offer on any of my bikes and if it's a decent offer I will personally deliver it to your house! They just need to go so I can move on with my life.

Oh, by the way... happy April fools!!! [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

Nice [thumbsup]  I was just thinking how unusually quiet our bunch of hooligans had suddenly become on such an auspicious day...  [evil]

after all when he mentioned his age I thought it true because rarely do you find 80 year olds riding bikes.

Good one Brian.  ;D

Is the April Fool custom the same here as it is in England?  If so and the timestamps are correct you posted this after 12 PM which makes you the fool and as I spotted it I can claim the bike of my choice.  [moto]

Take your pick! [laugh] And everyone already knows I'm a fool!!

Kept waiting for one of you clowns to post some April Fools Day nonsense but I got tired of waiting so I made something up. Someone HAD to do it. ;D The physically falling apart was all true! :P Sad but a fact. The next time you see a post like that from me I might not be kidding. [bang]
