Beautiful helmet!!  It's difficult to find nice designs that aren't technicolor yawn graphics.

I totally agree. There are some really cool graphics out there for helmets, but I was looking for a cleaner, I guess, more professional kind of look. That's just me. When I saw this helmet I knew I had found it, and it was a Schuberth to boot. Can't beat that.

Interesting. Do you know where I might get one of those nose guard? I also know what you mean about the wind noise. Usually it's really quite, but if I tilt my head forward there is a position where the wind noise is greatly amplified. Sounds like the helmet is no longer on my head. Other than that I'm really pleased with this helmet.

If I stand up, above the fairing turbulence, it's scaringly quiet. Must be very sensitive to turbulence. Yours should be better...

I saved this link as a great source for spare parts, but they don't list them on their site anymore. Maybe you can contact them and ask. http://www.bikersdirect.co.uk/Helmets-Schuberth_B2209U.aspx?gclid=CJ32mdDMpJ4CFQ-A3god3hC1kg

Also, Schuberth dealers usually have them.

Dano, beautiful lid, I really like the colours but, I'm not so much into modular helmets, but, this one, if I could afford it, would make it...Red & Black, my two favorite colours and nice kitchen by the way!!!

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

LOL. Thanks, too bad I can barely boil water. I need to find a girlfriend that can cook :)
I like the modular for the convenience it offers and it really comes in handy on hot days here in SoCal, say,  waiting at a light. It did set me back a bit (USD$750) but that was the only option. I've never seen this helmet offered anywhere else before and I can't find it anywhere online so I figured get it now or live with out it. No regrets here. Plus at that price it gives me great incentive to be sure to keep the rubber side down.

A Ducati plus a lid like that might makes things easier to find a backseat rider!!!

This is the all new Arai RX-Q Hi-Vis Yellow.

This Helmet is much more comfortable than my Arai Corsair V, the Cheek material is soo much softer.

the fit is a bit wide but then again, i have a wide head so it works for me.

best thing of all is the field of vision.  i can see everything.  seriously, every helmet should be like this.
