The Ducati dealer near me had a  brochure that they let me look through(it was their only one).
All I can say is it looks very different than the Ducati. There are some similarities, the frame, but overall IMHO
I don't think you would ever confuse the two.  They have also launched a webiste.

That's not only the gayest sounding name for a motorcycle I have ever heard, but that is also the gayest advertisement for a bike I have ever seen.
