It will be down right tropical.

That's pretty awesome it got up to 50 in there with no extra heat input from you.

With the kiddo running around that should be good for like 10 more °

That just occurred a week or so ago. It didn't drop below freezing in there until mid January. I didn't really check it often after that.

I'm thinking that when we have normal heat output from people and the activities involved in everyday life the boiler won't be running very often.

Now if the humidity from those life activities is controlled by the HRV I'll call it a success.

I love working on my jeep.  I hate needing more muscle than what I have and there's none around.  Nor is there any wd40 I can find.

(Although NOGAS)

Loosens up most people, I suppose, doesn't it? Don't see why it wouldn't loosen up a too tight screw holding the roof rack on.

Ok then, a little for me, a little for the jeep!

You're such a helper.   ;D

As tight as that house is I have no choice.

Too many problems arise from tight homes and inadequate ventilation.

Years ago the houses breathed because they had plenty of gaps. They were also hard to heat.

Builders started tightening them up and mold and rot became issues. A house does need to breathe, but you can control it and recover heat rather than pumping it outside.

BTW...53 degrees in there today. ;D

On a positive note, it looks like my insulation scheme and the passive solar design actually works.

It never got below 24 degrees in there all winter, and now that the sun is above the trees that still need cutting it has warmed up to 50.

This sounds like a success story  [thumbsup]

In other NOGAS news, there was at least one Monster on the road in ME today
