Having said that.  As a fellow shift worker, I bet you love the freedom of the time off while others work, to ride the spurs without cops and other dickheads everywhere, or to do a week-day track day and save $$$....   I've worked shifts for 30 years and would have it no other way...   The benefits shit on the negatives...
