I'm back to being flabby and jiggly, but the last time i weighed myself i'm only up to 204 lbs.

if they don't start letting me run again soon i might have to stop drinking  :o

OK, weighted myself today, 189lbs ... 4+ to go for my personal goal . . .

then, look for a cheap gym ... go gain some mass, loose more fat and look better for the ladies . . .

I'm down 20 since Jan 4th. My goal is 47 by May 1st. I run 6 miles every other day and eat like a horse. Mostly greens and juices. Started out at 247. The heaviest that I've ever been. Involved with a biggest loser thing at work. The money is a motivator.
08' S2R 1K   That was close  damn near lost a $400 hand cart.

Over the winter, I started doing a variety of half hour kettlebell routines.  I have gotten more toning and strength gains faster than anything I have done before, including cutting up a semi's worth of oak logs with a crosscut saw over the summer.  One of the nice things about kettlebells is how little space the equipment takes up, and what a tremendous variety of workout  you can do with one or two of them. 
This isn't a dress rehearsal for life - this is it!

I've tried some of it - there is no magic to it - its hard work but pretty well laid out.
