First 2 weeks of my south beach diet takes away carbs and alcohol ....
helps get my metabolism jump started ... then I can slowly bring those items back in ...

I will be happy as the scale starts heading in the downward direction and I can wear my favorite jeans again!

So, my legs are already sore from my little 1.2 mile plod... that took me 15 minutes.

On that note. I brought home a 12 pack of shiner last night, specifically to go with our challenge. So far I've done great. I ate some chocolate cake, had dinner out, and bought a 12 pack of beer. Also walked a couple miles.

You can drink all you want. I'm stopping ith the booze for a while. Its hell on my metabolism. I drink 3-4 drinks everyday and more on the weekend. Too many calories.

Forgot my usual breakfast of non fat plain yogurt w/plain/low/no sugar granola w/fruit.

So far, I've had:

8 slices of 
Ham and faux cheese hot pocket     
1 clementine
1-1/2 fat fistfuls of salty pita chips

My plan to run tonight now includes pre-run cycling. 
A brick it is.
