Great NFC Championship game!  Kinda sloppy in the 2nd half, but very entertaining. Awesome the Saints won. I'll be 3-0 in predictions if they win the SB. 

That was a bad throw by Favre...BUT...if his friggin' teammates could have held onto the ball earlier in the game then the Vikes wouldn't have been in that position to begin with. Favre didn't lose the game for them...the entire offense did.

People keep talkign about how Minn lost the game or even Favre lost the game. NO took the game away just like they did they ball... A LOT.
come one give a defense credit for creating the pressure and situations that lead to muffed handoffs, interceptions and straight out strips. they were attacking the ball as much as tackling. the offense was pressured just like Dallas was, and still came through. the Saints won that game through perserverence and determination.

As far as Favre... he shouldn't have thrown that ball, but what about the defense that wouldn't sit down at the end of the game. they pressured him into throwing that. why didn't he run, maybe cause he likes being able to move, that defense was killing him. his O line failed to couldn't protect him from that defense. oh and that one penalty they called where he landed on his back with the guy on him... Brees had the exact same hit leveled on him the next series... no flag! AND he got straight up.
